Healthy Chocolate Bread Recipe

Why stop at white bread, when you can spit in the face of unhealthiness and make a chocolate bread complete with chocolate icing? And if you’re really crazy, put some chocolate spread on it.

Then eat it all at a dietetics conference, you bad ass.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup banana flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan sea salt
  • 1⁄4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup coconut nectar (depending on how sweet you want it)
  • 2 eggs
How to make:

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl or blender.

    Pour the mixture into a small non-stick bread tin that is lined with baking paper.

    Bake for 30 - 45 minutes
