Healthy Chocolate Milk Recipe

Chocolate milk is a favourite with kids of all ages. Interestingly, the people who consume it the most are New Zealanders.

If you don’t want to look like a New Zealander then drink up on this healthy alternative.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or hemp milk or nut milk)
  • 2 tbsp of cacao powder
  • 1 fresh date (remove seed)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of ice (optional)
How to make:

    Blend all ingredients together and serve.
