Healthy Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Chocolate Mousse is a favourite for fancy parties, where we try to act civilised.

Eat this chocolate mousse on it’s own, or use it as icing on a cake, or just display your classiness by pouring it into a martini glass and floating a strawberry on top.

Ingredients:
  • 4 fresh pitted dates
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
  • Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
How to make:

    Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy
  2. 2
    Add a splash of water or coconut water to make it a little fluffier.
  3. 3
    Spoon into a bowl and allow to set in the fridge
