Healthy French Onion Dip Recipe
Dip goes well with chips. And until now, we have pretended it was healthy by putting carrot sticks onto the plate next to it.
The day after a party, there seems to be no dip, and no chips; but the carrot sticks are still there...
Now, you can combine the dip with the chips (see recipe here) and leave the carrots in the fridge and still have a shredded 6 pack.
Ingredients:
How to make:
- 1Sauté onions, garlic and sea salt in the coconut oil on low heat until it caramelizes (about 20 minutes).
- 2Add all the other ingredients into a food processor, then put one tablespoon of the sautéed onion in for flavour before blending it to a smooth texture.
- 3Stir in the remaining caramelized onions for lumpy goodness.
- 4Put the dip in the fridge. The longer you leave it, the nicer it tastes.
