Healthy Fries Recipe

Would you like fries with that?

These actually taste exactly like fries you get from the big M. Except they are not going to clog your arteries. They are made of parsnips, not potatoes and they are delicious.

Especially if you combine them with a burger (see recipe here), cola (see recipe here) and tomato sauce (see recipe here). 

Go on, do it. Make it an upsize...

Ingredients:
  • 3 parsnips
  • 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
  • 2 tbsp cold pressed olive oil
How to make:
  1. 1
    Cut parsnips into chip/French fry pieces using a Mandolin slicer
  2. 2
    Drizzle with oil
  3. 3
    Roast until tender and golden brown
  4. 4
    Sprinkle with sea salt and serve
  5. 5
    You could use sweet potato instead of parsnips, but they’ll look like orange fries.
