Healthy Ice Cream Recipe

Dairy free, sugar free and deeeelicious!

Tastes just like any other ice cream but without the aftertaste of guilt (and a swollen belly)

Ingredients:
  • 4 chopped frozen bananas
How to make:

    Blend your bananas in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. 2
    Put in freezer while you blend the bananas then stir the dates through.

Different Flavours:

Strawberry - Add 1 cup of frozen strawberries 

Chocolate - 2 tablespoons of cacao powder 

Fruit and nut - 1/4 cup of sultanas and roasted almonds 

Chewy caramel - 4 pitted dates chopped
