Healthy Iced Coffee Recipe

Your morning pick me up doesn’t have to be a cappuccino any more. Or a disgusting soy latte (along with the hormonal disruptions).

Just make yourself a delicious, healthy coffee shop alternative that tastes fantastic.

Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp of instant coffee or shot of espresso
  • 1 cup of cold coconut milk (or hemp milk or nut milk)
  • 1 cup of ice
How to make:

    Blend all ingredients together and serve in a cup.
