Healthy Muesli Bar Recipe

Want to clear out your system really fast? 

(That was on purpose.)

Ingredients:
  • 10 large medjool dates, seeds removed
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup dried shredded coconut
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds soaked in 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup goji berries
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
How to make:

    Blend all ingredients until well combined.

    Spread the batter evenly into a baking dish that is lined with baking paper and press down firmly.

    Place in the fridge or freezer for about 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
