Healthy Rissoles

HealthyJUNK Rissoles

Ingredients

500g of chicken or lean beef mince. (We use organic grass-fed good quality beef or chicken breast and blend it ourselves. But you can buy it already minced if easier)
2 tbsp coconut or banana flour
1 medium onion (diced/chopped finely)
1 medium carrot (grated)
1 medium zucchini (grated)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon paprika
1Tbsp of fresh chopped basil
1 Tbsp of fresh chopped coriander
Himalayan sea salt
Other fresh herbs and spices of choice.

Method

Mix all ingredients together in a big mixing bowl.
Roll into golfball sized balls
Heat a pan
Add a tbsp of coconut oil
Put rissoles in and cook both sides
